Refund policy

Effective Date: November 10th 2025


At The ART of SWEEP, every item is made-to-order and customized specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, or exchanges, once an order has been placed — unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@theartofsweep.com with the following:


  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or damage


Once we verify the issue, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:


  • A replacement of the defective item, or
  • A full refund for the affected product excluding shipping & digitizing fees 


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the following:


  • Incorrect sizing or fit (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Color variations due to screen display differences
  • Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
